Pfanne: 8 Minuten. Geben Sie das gefrorene Contorno Amico in eine Antihaft-Pfanne mit einem Esslöffel nativem Olivenöl extra und einer Prise Salz, falls gewünscht. Abdecken und 8 Minuten kochen, dabei gelegentlich wenden.
Mikrowelle: 7 Minuten. Legen Sie den ungeöffneten Beutel auf einen Teller, verschließen Sie ihn wieder. Stellen Sie den Teller in die Mikrowelle und starten Sie diese für 7 Minuten. Wenn der Garvorgang beendet ist, nehmen Sie die Schale und den Beutel aus der Mikrowelle und warten Sie 1-2 Minuten, bevor Sie die Verpackung öffnen. Gießen Sie das Contorno Amico in ein Gefäß und verwenden Sie es wie gewünscht. Die Garzeit sollte sich pro 100 Watt weniger Leistung um 1 Minute verlängern. ACHTUNG: Öffnen oder durchstechen Sie die Packung nicht, bevor Sie sie in die Mikrowelle legen. Nach dem Kochen ist der Beutel sehr heiß, berühren Sie ihn nur an den Enden.
