Specifications

Apfelstrudel, backfertig, tiefgekühlt, zubereitet mit frischen Äpfeln und ausgewählten Sultaninen, geschmacklich verfeinert mit Zucker und Zimt und eingewickelt in knusprigen Blätterteig.

Enthält Weizen (Gluten). kann Spuren von Milch (inkl. Laktose) enthalten.

Äpfel 44%, Weizenmehl, Pflanzenmargarine (Palmfett, Sonnenblumenöl, Wasser, Emulgator: Mono- und Diglyceride von Speisefettsäuren, Säureregulator: Zitronensäure), Wasser, Semmelbrösel (Weizenmehl, Wasser, Zucker, Zimt, Salz, Hefe), Zucker, Sultaninen, Salz, Zimt.

Bei einer Temperatur < - 18°C lagern. Das Produkt nach dem Auftauen nicht wieder einfrieren.
Den gefrorenen Strudel mit Milch oder verquirltem Eigelb bestreichen. Auf einem Backblech (Backpapier verwenden) im vorgeheizten Backofen backen.
Professioneller Kombi-Backofen: 30 Minuten lang bei 180 °C und 60 % Luftfeuchtigkeit backen.
Traditioneller Backofen: bei 220°C (Umluft 200°C) ca. 45 Min. backen. Abkühlen lassen und in Scheiben mit Puderzucker bestreut servieren. Bitte beachten Sie: Die Zubereitungszeit kann je nach Ofentyp und Menge des Produkts variieren.
