To ensure that each product arrives perfectly frozen, we ship our products in high-quality isothermal packaging.
Since we have to ship perishable and at the same time delicate products, we have chosen for you the best packaging systems, which consist of high-density polystyrene containers, reusable and thermostatically controlled by means of dry ice, in an adequate quantity to protect the quality of the products up to more than 48/72 hours for shipments.
With our experience in shipping, we have managed to overcome almost all these challenges by bringing the most delicate products to people’s tables. Our packaging is of course all researched and above all tested before it can be used for shipping; sometimes there are even months of research behind a simple package.
Dry ice is carbon dioxide (CO2) in a solid state at-78.5° C. Thanks to its low temperatures, dry ice is perfect for storing and transporting our frozen products.
When the dry ice is no longer needed, open the container and leave it at room temperature in a well-ventilated area. The dry ice will quickly sublimate from a solid to a gaseous state.
