Ein Konzentrat des Wohlbefindens, begleitet von einem zarten, süßlichen Geschmack. Orogel Edamame Soja ist die einzige in Italien angebaute und produzierte Sojasorte mit zertifizierten GVO-freien Samen.
Soja Edamame
Bratpfanne: 5 Minuten. Die gefrorenen Edamame Soja mit den gewünschten Gewürzen in eine Pfanne geben, ein halbes Glas Wasser und ggf. eine Prise Salz hinzufügen. Zugedeckt 5 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze garen, dabei gelegentlich wenden.
Mikrowelle: 4 Minuten. Den ungeöffneten Beutel mit der versiegelten Seite nach oben auf einen Teller legen. Stellen Sie den Teller in die Mikrowelle und starten Sie diese für 4 Minuten. Nach Beendigung der Garzeit Teller und Beutel aus der Mikrowelle nehmen und 1-2 Minuten warten, bevor die Verpackung geöffnet wird. Gießen Sie die Edamame-Soja in einen Behälter und verwenden Sie sie wie gewünscht.
VORSICHT: Die Garzeit verlängert sich um 1 Minute pro 100 Watt weniger Leistung. Öffnen oder durchstechen Sie die Packung nicht, bevor Sie sie in die Mikrowelle stellen. Nach dem Garen ist die Packung sehr heiß, berühren Sie sie nur an den Enden.
