Das Ciabatta hat eine knusprige Kruste und eine sehr luftige Krume, die durch die Verwendung eines Mehls mit hoher Wasseraufnahmefähigkeit entsteht. Es ist ein sehr vielseitiges Produkt, das sich hervorragend für Sandwiches eignet.
Kann Spuren enthalten von: Soja, Milch, Sesam, Walnuss, Senf.
Weichweizenmehl Typ 0; Wasser; Salz; Olivenöl (0,8%); Hefe.
Bei Raumtemperatur ca. 15 Minuten auftauen, im heißen Ofen bei 180°C-200°C ca. 6-8 Minuten backen oder auf dem Grill. Die Backtemperatur kann je nach Art des Ofens variieren.
Der Karton enthält 30 Stück zu 120 g pro Stück.
